Friday, 27 May 2023 : All Breed judging & Handler judging Saturday, 28 May 2023 : All Group judging & Bests in Show Breed Classes: All Best of Breed winners will be awarded the title KUSA Breed Winner 2023 and this will be recorded on the dog’s Registration as ZAW ’23 26 MAY Breed 08h00 judging commences All winners of Best of Breed, Best Baby Puppy in Breed, Best Puppy in Breed, Best Junior in Breed and Best Veteran in Breed return on Saturday morning for Group judging, starting at 08h00. KUSA Winners Show CHILD HANDLER Class commences on completion of all Gundog Breed judging, but not before 14h00. KUSA Winners Show JUNIOR HANDLER Class commences immediately on completion of CHILD HANDLER Class but not before 14h30. 27 MAY KUSA Winners Show Group judging commences at 08h00 with the Herding Group. Gundog Group follows Herding. All other Groups start at 08h30. Best in Group judged first, followed by Best Baby Puppy, Best Puppy, Best Junior and Best Veteran. KUSA Winners Show “In-Show†judging commences immediately on completion of all Groups. Best in Show judged first, followed by Best Baby Puppy, Best Puppy, Best Junior and Best Veteran. Child Handler: The winner of this event shall be declared KUSA Winners Child Handler (2023) Junior Handler: The winner of this event shall be declared KUSA Winners Junior Handler (2023) Handlers please note: Any dog that is used for Handling must also be entered in a Breed Class at the KUSA Winners Show. Order of Judging: KUSA Winners Show Breed: Best of Breed, Best Puppy in Breed, Best Junior in Breed, Best Veteran in Breed, followed by Baby Puppy Dog and Bitch Classes and Best Baby Puppy in Breed. | CAMPING Will not be permitted. BENCHING Benching will be permitted from 15h00 on Wednesday, 24 May 2023, provided the rings are set up. Emergency areas must be kept clear at all times. These areas will be demarcated with hazard tape and also indicated on the Ring Plan. No gazebos or benching allowed in emergency areas. PHOTOGRAPHS All exhibitors, handlers and owners of dogs are advised that they and any exhibit entered in any event over the KUSA Classic Weekend may be photographed for, by, or on behalf of, KUSA, for the use and possible publication of such photograph by KUSA. Due to time constraints, no posed photography will be permitted in the Main Ring. A special area for the taking of photographs will be provided outside the ring. MEDIA The KUSA website and KUSA Classic 2023 Facebook Group Page are the only communication media officially recognised by the Show Committee. CATERING Public catering will be provided at all Shows and events. Please keep the grounds and bathrooms clean. When exercising your dogs, please clean up after them. Do not leave this task to others, or to the Ring Stewards. | |||
