All entrants must be present at least 30 minutes before judging. Record cards must be available at the show at the request of the judge. Competitors requiring the issue of new cards must advise Show secretary in advance. [Can only be issued as per dogâ€™s registration documents!] Show to be held under The Kennel Union of SA rules. Qualifying cards for dogs must be produced prior to the start of judging. New entrants who require cards must submit a copy of their dogâ€™s registration certificate. Cards will be available on the day provided registration papers are produced.

Refreshments: Bring your own Bitches in season will be permitted to compete. However, handlers of bitches in season are to report to the judge on arrival. (Bitch to remain in the car/trailer until the judge authorizes otherwise. They will be judged after all other dogs have completed their trial)

If, after checking the schedule, you decide to enter the show please complete the Official Show Entry form. Complete your entry form and submit together with the required entry fee as given on the schedule directly to the Club. E-mail/Fax to the addresses given on the Show Schedule.
