Bitches in season within the precincts of the Trial are forbidden. 3. Castrated dogs and spayed bitches are eligible for entry. 4. The Regulations relating to licensing and to all other matters to do with Field Trials as set in Schedule 3 (Championship Breed Shows) and Schedule 4 (Non-Championship Breed Shows) of the Constitution of the Kennel Union of Southern Africa shall apply to Field Trials so far as they can be relevant to Field Trials and so far as they do not conflict with the specific terms of this Schedule 5C (1). A copy of the rules will be available at the trials. 5. Anyone on the venue at a Trial openly impugning the decision of a Judge or Judges shall render himself liable to be reported to KUSA under the provisions of KUSA Schedule 1, unless he is availing himself of Section A.10.3, of Schedule 5C (1). 6. The Committee will exercise all reasonable care in conducting the trials, but it must be clearly understood that, due to the nature of the sport, competitors and officials are invited to enter at their own risk and in so doing absolve the Club, Committee and Landowners from any claim whatsoever arising from loss or damage by, or to, any person or property during the course of the trials.
