| PRIZES: TROPHIES WILL BE PRESENTED, TOGETHER WITH GIFTS, ROSETTES AND DOG FOOD PRIZES REFRESHMENTS AND CATERING: Meals in the form of light breakfasts and lunches will be provided for competitors, and on sale to their partners/assistants. The meal request form for partners/assistants will be sent out under separate cover. Anyone on the venue at a Trial openly impugning the decision of a Judge or Judges shall render himself liable to be reported to KUSA under the provisions of KUSA Schedule 1, unless he is availing himself of Section A.10.3, of Schedule 5C(1). The Field Trial Committee reserves the right to change the advertised venue of the Trial if this becomes necessary due to fire, flooding, etc, at the time of the event. KUSA must be informed on the first working day after the field trial. If an advertised Judge is prevented from filling his engagement for either the whole or part of the field trial, the Field Trial Committee shall have the right to appoint another Judge All dogs born on or after 1st September 2010 must have a microchip certificate. JUDGES HAVE FINAL DECISION. Where the Rule or Guide does not cover a particular situation, the decision will remain with the appointed Judges on the day. The Committee will exercise all reasonable care in conducting the trials, but it must be clearly understood that, due to the nature of the sport, competitors, spectators and officials are invited to enter at their own risk and in so doing absolve the Club, Committee and Landowners from any claim whatsoever arising from loss or damage by, or to, any person or property during the course of the trials. | |||
