| All Covid-19 Procedures and Protocols must be adhered to as per the attached Covid-19 KUSA Protocol FTLC document. The covid-19 Disclaimer FTLC document must be submitted upon arrival at the venue by everybody present on the day. This judging schedule is based on Lockdown levels at the time of publication and may be changed in the event of lockdown levels being adjusted before the shows. | PRIZES:Best Shooting Dog on the Day, Best Retriever on the day. Trophies may be awarded at Judges' discretion. CATERING; Because we get the use of the venue for free, we are required to make use of the catering and refreshments for the day. Therefore we require each handler of a dog to also pay for lunch. Cost of the catering on the day will be R175.00 per person, which will include lunch (with pudding), coffee and sandwiches on arrival and a 500ml bottle of water for each handler. Liquid refreshments will be available on a cash with order basis. Payment for the lunch needs to be included with the entries. Also mark on the entry form how many people will be booking lunch (bottom right of the form where it says Lunch). Proof of payment should be sent along with the entry form (s). No Bitches in season permitted within the precincts of the show. Castrated dogs and spayed bitches are eligible for entry. Only dogs taking part in the test to be present. Anyone on the venue at a Trial openly impugning the decision of a Judge or Judges shall render himself liable to be reported to KUSA under the provisions of this schedule. If the club considers the weather an/or venue unfit for the holding of the Shooting Ratings, the meeting may be held at a different venue or date. If the Shooting Ratings should be cancelled, entry fees will be refunded. JUDGES HAVE THE FINAL DECISION. Where the Rule or Guide does not cover a particular situation, the decision will remain with the appointed Judges on the day. | |||
