Advise the COVID-19 Compliance Officer if, after attending the event, you should develop any flu-like or any COVID-19 symptoms during the ensuing week. ENTRIES AND DISCLAIMER Entries will only be accepted via email with proof of payment, no walk-in entries will be accepted. Staggered starting times would apply if more than 50 entries are received. The attached disclaimer must be returned to the show secretary with entry form and POP on or before the closing date . ON THE DAY OF THE SHOW Controlled access - At the entrance to the property, the attendees and officials will be turned away if they do not wear a mask. Face shields are not permitted. Symptom screening - Temperatures of all attendees and officials will be taken and will be recorded in a register with all the necessary details. CLUBHOUSE AND FIELD Office areas are demarcated to allow adequate social distancing. Exhibitor gazebos and benching areas are spaced at least 1.5m apart (and be 1.5m away from the ringside). Attendees are requested to bring their own chairs and sanitiser and be responsible for their personal sanitisation while in the areas occupied by them. Hand sanitizer will be provided. Social distancing must be observed in all toilet areas. The toilet areas will be continually sanitised, including basins, toilet seats and door handles. SHOW EQUIPMENT All equipment and furniture used at the Show, including tables, chairs, and office equipment, will be sanitised before, during and after the event. Equipment which is handled repeatedly, such as measuring devices must be sanitised between each use. FOOD VENDORS OR TUCK SHOP Please stick to social distancing protocol while purchasing from the vendors
