Prizes • Floating Trophies for winners of Stakes. • Prizes and certificates will be awarded for placings ________________________________________ REFRESHMENTS, CATERING AND ACCOMMODATION: Meals in the form of light breakfasts and lunches will be on sale to Competitors and Spectators. The meal request form will be sent out under separate cover. Liquid refreshments will be available all weekend All dogs must be registered with KUSA before entry. Bitches in season within the precincts of the Trial are forbidden. Castrated dogs and spayed bitches are eligible for entry Anyone on the venue at a Trial openly impugning the decision of a Judge or Judges shall render himself liable to be reported to KUSA under the provisions of KUSA Schedule 1, unless he is availing himself of Section A.10.3, of Schedule 5C(1). If the club considers the weather and/or venue unfit for the holding of a Trial, the meeting may be held at a different venue or postponed from day to day until the end of the week, when the stakes that are not decided upon may be abandoned and the entry fees refunded, or a fresh draw may be made and a fresh date fixed for the abandoned stakes. The Field Trial Committee reserves the right to change the advertised venue of the Trials if this becomes necessary due to fire, flooding, etc, at the time of the event. KUSA must be informed on the first working day after the field trials All dogs born on or after 1st September 2010 must have a microchip certificate. JUDGES HAVE FINAL DECISION. Where the Rule or Guide does not cover a particular situation, the decision will remain with the appointed Judges on the day. The Committee shall exercise all reasonable care in conducting this trial, but it must be clearly understood that, due to the nature of the sport, competitors, spectators and officials are invited to enter at their own risk and in doing so absolve The Cape Field Trial Club, Committee and Landowners from any claim whatsoever arising from loss or damage by, or to any person or property during the course of the Trial. Please note that in terms of Regulation 5.9 of Schedule 3 of the KUSA Constitution, as applied through Schedule 5C(1) Retrievers, the following notice to exhibitors is a requirement of the KUSA public liability insurance: | |||
