| For Clarity with respect to the above two categories being ‘Novice Best in Show†and “Senior Best in Showâ€â€¦ any dogs previously having been awarded a ‘CC’ point at championship show level at any point in the past, do not qualify to enter the Novice category and those previously having been awarded a ‘CC’ point at championship show level, qualify for the Senior category. AIMS OF THE CLUB: “TO ENCOURAGE THE BREEDING AND TYPE OF GOLDEN RETRIEVER AS LAID DOWN IN THE BREED STANDARD, AND TO PROMOTE THE GENERAL USEFULNESS AND GOOD QUALITIES OF THE WORKING RETRIEVER†Please bring your own chairs, umbrellas and refreshments.
