Handlers that have qualified for the SA Championships, but not competing in the AWC Trials. Cost of the round is R150 and this is a not for Competition round. The funds will go towards the 2019 AWC team. Should handler’s wish to enter this round please deposit R150 . PLEASE NOTE : Please use reference: AWC round/Surname and send pop along with your SA Champs entry form to gautengagility@gmail.com Entry fee for SA Agility Trails For AWC 2019 - : R300 per dog, entries close 15 April 2019 In order to compete at the SA Agility Trials for AWC 2019 event, and be considered eligible for the South African team, a deposit must be paid by 15 April. R6000 for the first dog and R3000 per dog thereafter. Please use reference: AgilityAWC/Surname Email a copy of the deposit form and proof of payment to: latiefa@kusa.co.za, TLsouthafrica@gmail.com and gautengagility@gmail.com If payment is made via a cash deposit please add the additional amount required to cover the bank charges Please complete a KUSA entry form and send it together with the proof of payment to gautengagility@gmail.com. Dogs competing in the SA Trials for the AWC will run in the same rounds , plus have the additional Contact agility round on Thursday afternoon. Take note that dogs must be in Agility Contact 2 with a qualification before the start of this event and have submitted all the relevant documentation to the Team Leader by 23 May 2019 to be eligible to compete in the South African Trials. Only pedigree registered dogs are eligible to compete for the South African Team. (FCI recognised breeds). | |||

The AWC Team’s qualifiers will be announced after the final round, however the final AWC team will only announced 2 weeks after the Trials are completed, giving enough time to get proper confirmations from handlers on their participation. Cancellation Fee if team member withdraws after announcement of team. Once the team has been announced any team member who subsequently withdraws will incur a R4,000 cancellation fee, as per 5L Appendix C, levied by the AWC Committee. Should the handler be able to provide a justifiable reason to the withdrawal after this date this cancellation may be reduced by the AWC Committee at the AWC Committee’s discretion. Catering will be available. Further information on times will be sent out separately at a later date. | |||
