The Field Trial Committee reserves the right to itself to abandon the trial at any time, of returning their entry monies to the competitors and if, from unforeseen circumstances; it deems it advisable to alter the date of the meeting after the closing of the entries. This may be done by sending a formal notice to competitors that they may recover their entry fees from the date of such notice. The Committee reserves the right to change the advertised venue of the Trials if this becomes necessary. If an advertised Judge is prevented from filling his engagement for either the whole or part of the trial, the Field Trial Committee shall have the right to appoint another Judge.
