Regulations & Disclaimers:
FLOATING TROPHIES for winners of Stakes. Medals and Certificates for placings. Certificates of Merit where decided by the Judges. CATERING: Supper only available on Friday, lunch and supper available on Saturday and lunch only on Sunday. A cash bar will be open during lunch and evenings. ENTRY RULES: 1. All persons attending the trials must consider themselves absolutely under the control of the officials. 2. These trials will be conducted under the KUSA Constitution and Show Regulations Schedule 3 and Field Trial Regulations Schedule 5(c) HPR. A copy of these regulations will be available at the venue. In terms of section 5(c) regulations: 1.2.8.1 Bitches in season within the precincts of the trial are forbidden. 1.2.8.2 Castrated dogs and spayed bitches are eligible for entry, but not for placings. 1.2.8.3 Conditions attracting immediate disqualification are set out in regulation 31 Schedule 3 of the KUSA regulations for Championship shows subject to 1.2.8.1 and 1.2.8.2 above. 1.2.8.4 Only dogs taking part in the Field Trials are allowed at the venue. 1.2.8.5 The judge's decision is FINAL 3. Anyone taking part in the Field Trial, who openly questions the decision of the Judge/s, shall render himself liable to be reported to the Field Trial Liaison Council of KUSA. 4. All dogs must be registered with KUSA, or a KUSA recognised Registry, before entry. 5. Anyone taking part in the trial who openly impugns the decision of the Judges shall render himself liable to be reported to the KUSA. 6. The Field Trial Committee reserves the right to itself to abandon the Meeting at any time, of returning their entry monies to the competitors and if, from unforeseen circumstances, it deems it advisable to alter the date of the Meeting after the closing of the entries, this may be done by sending formal notice to competitors that they may recover their entry fees within four days from the date of such notice. All entries, however, about which no such application is made within four days, will stand for the Meeting at its altered date. 7. If an advertised Judge is prevented from filling his engagement for either the whole or part of the Meeting, the Field Trial Committee shall have the right to appoint another Judge. 8. The Committee reserves the right to change the advertised venue of the trials should this become necessary. 9. All dogs born on or after the 1st September 2010 must have a microchip certificate. Conditions attracting immediate disqualification are set out in Regulation 31 of Schedule 3 of K.U.S.A. Regulations for Championship Shows.
