Qualifying cards for dogs must be produced prior to the start of judging. New entrants who require cards must submit a copy of their dogâ€™s registration certificate. Cards will be available on the day provided registration papers are produced. Only new records cards will be used, new cards will be issued to those who have the old cards. Bitches in season will be permitted to compete. However, handlers of bitches in season are to report to the judge on arrival. (Bitch to remain in the car/trailer until the judge authorizes otherwise. They will be judged after all other dogs have completed their trial) The mating of bitches within the precincts of the show is forbidden Record cards must be available at the show at the request of the judge. Competitors requiring the issue of new cards must advise Joann Molthahn in advance. [Can only be issued against production of dogâ€™s registration documents!]
