| PRIZES; Trophies and prizes will be awarded. REFRESHMENTS, CATERING AND ACCOMMODATION Meals in the form of light breakfasts, lunches and dinners will be on sale to competitors and spectators. The meal request form will be sent out under separate cover. Liquid refreshments will be available all weekend. Camping is available at the venue and details will also be sent under separate cover. RULES FOR THE FIELD TRIALS. All Dogs must be registered with KUSA before entry. Castrated dogs and spayed bitches are eligible for entry. Only those dogs actually taking part in the Field Trials are allowed at the venue. A copy of the Rules (Schedule 5C(1) will be available at the trials. Anyone on the venue at a Trial openly impugning the decision of a Judge or Judges shall render himself liable to be reported to KUSA under the provisions of KUSA Schedule 1, unless he is availing himself of Section A.10.3 of Schedule 5C (1). If the club considers the weather and or venue unfit for the holding of a Trial, the meeting may be held at a different venue or postponed from day to day until the end of the week, when the stakes that are not decided upon may be abandoned and the entry fees refunded, or a fresh draw may be made and a fresh dated fixed for the abandoned stakes. The Field Trial Committee reserves the right to change the advertised venue of the Trials if this becomes necessary due to fire, flooding, etc at the time of the event. KUSA must be informed on the first working day after the field trials. All dogs born on or after 1st September 2010 must have a microchip certificate. JUDGES HAVE FINAL DECISION. Where the Rule or Guide does not cover a particular situation, the decision will remain with the appointed Judges on the day. Thank you to our sponsors, MSD. | |||
