| BITCHES IN SEASON ARE PERMITTED AT THIS SHOW Your attention is drawn to Schedule 3, 5E(18) and 5E(21) The committee reserves the right to appoint alternate officials should those advertised be unable to officiate. The Committee also reserves the right to limit the number of Breed Assessment entries. No dogs may enter the ring before being positively identified by microchip. Remember to include your dog's microchip number on your entry form. No animal other than an exhibit entered for competition or exhibition shall be permitted within the precincts of a show except registered Gide Dogs for the blind, hearing dogs for the deaf and dogs requested for educational and instructional purposes or by the permission of the show holding club. If any dog is exhibited which has been knowingly been exposed to the risk of any contagious or infectious disease during the period of six (6) weeks prior to exhibition; or if any dog at a show should be found to be suffering from any contagious or infectious disease, including any reaction to immunization or is found to be unfit for exhibition from any other cause, the exhibitor thereof shall be liable to be dealt with under Rule 2, Disciplinary Rules (Schedule 1) CAMPING: will be available on Friday and Saturday night. R200.00 per tent per night. Please note Camping will only be allowed in the demarcated area. A security guard will be present at the grounds throughout the nights. Campers will be allowed onto the field to set up tents from 1700 on Friday evening and are requested to be off the field by 18j00 on Sunday evening.
