Please send the following documents to the secretary with your entry: o Official KUSA entry form o A recent high resolution photo of the dog/bitch for the catalogue o A copy of the KUSA registration certificate, as the pedigrees are also published in the catalogue o A copy of at least one of the entrant’s BOB, RBOB, CC or Qualifying RCC certificates o Proof of payment for entries Entry fees: R150.00 per qualified dog/bitch

Photographs: There will be an official photographing area, as well as a photographer. Announcements will be made when winners can take photos with trophies and judges. Ringside Seats: 90 Ringside seats will be available at a pre-boked price of R50 per seat. The best seats will be reserved on a first paid, first served basis. Unreserved seats will be available behind the paid ringside seats and on the upstairs balcony. After Show Dinner: Upon completion of the show, there will be a dinner at R160 per person. The dinner will be hosted in another hall on the premises. There will be fruit juice, as well as two bottles of wine per table. If you prefer something stronger, you will have to bring it along. The 2018 Judges Draw will take place at the dinner. SABTC Yearbook: R280.00 - may be ordered and paid with all your other bookings and fees. The 2016 Yearbook will be launched at the MTS. IMPORTANT DATES: 1. Adverts may be submitted and must be paid for not later than monday, 15 NOVEMBER 2016. Advertisers get a free yearbook for each advert. 2. MTS Catalogues, Yearbooks, Dinner bookings, Ringside seats to be ordered and paid by Wednesday, 18 JANUARY 2017. Handlers please adhere to the official dress code of collar & tie for gentlemen and appropriate neat clothing for ladies. No T-shirts, jeans, shorts or sports shoes will be allowed. No late arrivals will be allowed into a class after being officially announced absent. Exhibitors please REMEMBER that you are required to bring your own drop sheets on which to prepare your dogs. Also bring a container for water and cleaning cloths to clean up any spill or mess on the show or benching area floor. Please also make certain to clean up any powder, chalk or paste spilt on the floor.
