There will be a 1st 2nd and 3rd Award given to the breeders who has had the greatest success across the board in this show. The award is given to the Breeder who may or may not own the exhibit but must be the registered breeder. In addition this award is only available to South African Breeders who have entered, shown and present at the show and prize giving. This award is determined based on a point system where points are allocated for: - Number of dogs entered - (Points allocated for every dog entered, shown which receives a grading) - Placings - (Points allocated to dogs for placing 1st 2nd 3rd or 4th in each class, the higher the placing the more points are allocated) - Gradings - (Points allocated to dogs who receive gradings such as V, SG, G, vv and vsp, the higher the grading the more points are allocated regardless of the placing) - CC & RCC awards - (Points allocated to dogs who receive CC or RCC Awards, the higher the award the more points are allocated) - BIS, RBIS, BPIS, GV Titles etc - (Points allocated to dogs who receive any of these Awards, the higher the award the more points are allocated) ** BOOK A PRIVATE PHOTO SHOOT WITH MARIO ** Mario Montes Klaver (Netherlands) has a passion for Rottweilers, photography and design. He is the official photographer for the Allgemeiner Deutscher Rottweiler-Klub e.V (Germany), The Total Rottweiler Magazine (Canada) and provides pictures all over the world. You will also find Mario at all the big International Club shows/exhibitions, IPO trials, ZTP's, K�rungs and much more in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Spain, etc ... Mario is also an accomplished breeder and currently breeds under the kennel names �Munanis� and �Beatelke� which he shares with his lovely wife Veerle. Together they have bred many dogs that have competed both on an international level in the show and working arena. They aim to breed the complete Rottweiler and so enjoy their time spent on the training field where Mario also works as a club helper. They have exported dogs to many countries including Belgium, Denmark, Canada, USA, Portugal and Spain. They are also both members of the Dutch and German Rottweiler Clubs. We are delighted to have them with us on their first trip to South Africa. Mario will be our official show photographer and photos can be purchased after the show. In addition, if you would like to have your own private photo shoot, please email meridianrottweiler@gmail.com for bookings and available times. - Price: R600.00 per 30 minute session - 10 images selected by the owner (additional photos can be selected for an additional fee) - The 10 selected images are given to the owner in the original electronic format - Any number of dogs can be photographed within the allocated time booked - If the person who has made the booking arrives late, which results in us not being able to start on time, the session will still end at the original time as these sessions are booked back-to-back. - The full amount must be paid to secure the booking via EFT and is non-refundable. | ||

| Mr J. Tarr (recvd 17/3/16) - 204 entered, 51 absent, 153 exhibited. The judging commenced at the advertised time and completed Sat. (12th) - 15h00 & Sun. (13th) - 16h00. 11.4.2. a) A minor biting incident occurred in the marshalling area on Saturday, 12th March with the judging of males. The marshal, Mrs. Carol Lees, tried to check for exhibit number 174’s microchip with the scanner and the exhibit nipped her on the right hip bone breaking the skin. The owner of exhibit number 174 withdrew this exhibit from any further participation and the dog was marked absent. Mrs. Lees went for a tetanus injection on Saturday afternoon on her way home from the show. b) Exhibit numbers 167 and 191 were excused from the ring by judge Ms. Meixner for showing aggression. | |||

To avoid any possible disputes, we strongly recommend that all entrants check that all microchips can be found prior to show day. Identification marshals will be stationed in the marshalling area with scanners for positive identification. 2016 CATALOGUE ADVERTS: The 2016 catalogue will be professionally compiled and printed.
